Description: Oracle Cloud ERP / HCM and Payroll Solution Architect required to join and lead end customers Oracle Cloud Implementation project.
Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years
5 Key Skills Required:
Solution Leadership: Lead the definition and delivery of finance and HCM solutions in collaboration with senior leaders, ensuring successful project outcomes.
Design Expertise: Utilise Oracle Cloud knowledge to design client-specific solutions, persuading customers of their appropriateness and engaging in detailed Finance and HCM solution discussions.
Functional Responsibility: Take charge of all functional aspects of Oracle Cloud implementation, leading teams and providing specialized expertise as needed.
Consultancy Role: Undertake the lead consultant role, specializing in Oracle Cloud ERP solution definition and implementation.
Strong design and delivery experience.
